Description: After waiting anxiously for several weeks, we were delighted to find Tess and her baby only moments after his birth--when we returned from delivering our horses to the Western KY Ag center for the next day's Bowling Green show. What a relief! Tess has been a wonderful mother; concerned and nuturing, but not over-protective.
Tess was one of the Rockies taken to Gettysburg ,PA, in the Fall for the battlefield tour that was written up in the Rocky Mountain Horse magazine. This picture shows her ridden by Dr.Glenn LaFantasie, a professor at Western Kentucky University and a well-know authority on the Gettysburg battle. |
